–The drive from the lot to the airport is about 2 – 3 minutes, depending on your terminal and how many other people are in the shuttle with you. Don’t lose it or else you won’t know where you parked when you return. They will give you a red ticket with your car parking spot. –The shuttle driver often offers to help carry luggage up. Usually, there are always like 3 – 4 shuttles driving around, so you should be able to get on a shuttle within a few minutes of parking. If you don’t see one within a minute or two, call PreFlight. You should see a PreFlight shuttle - they are red or black. When you find a spot, gather your things and stand outside of your car. You can park elsewhere, but those other parts of the lot will most likely be full. If you have uncovered, it’ll say to go to Lot B or whatever with arrows. –Follow the signs for where you should park. ![]() ![]() It’s a blank white ticket with your timestamp. –When you arrive at the lot, you’ll have to push a button to get a ticket. I know there’s an app, but I also hear that the app is not reliable, so if you do create a reservation, print the confirmation with the bar code and present it upon your departure from the lot. I print my reservation and keep it in my car when I bring it to the lot. Here are some tips from my uses the past few times: –Make a reservation. I always make reservations on PreFlight’s site for the cheapest rate, and for me, the cheapest rate for uncovered parking near ATL. ![]() So I’ve used PreFlight about three times now, and they’ve been a pretty reliable and affordable airport parking service.
